Hi..am a mom of 8months old kid whom i breast-feed. My height is 5feet 2 inches and my weight is 69kgs. My waist measures to 90cms. I have put on lot of weight and am advised not to diet while feeding. I dont have much time to exercise or go for a brisk walk. Is there any simple dieting plan to be in shape? I am losing confidence and feeling mentally down. pls help me?
wow how about this one what if they come in five days or maybe they will come in 3.5 days if that is the estimated time why are you so worried about when they will come when obviously the company has already given you a time frame good luck with that one
I am having 6 months old baby and still feeding the baby
Ok, kind-of weird. I have Gestational diabetes that is being controlled by checking my blood sugar 2x a day, and cutting out simple sugars such as reg. pop, candy, cookes, sugary foods, etc…
Well, today I got some fast food, and I ordered a Diet pop, like usual. I’ve been drinking it for so long now, I have a hard time telling if it is diet or regular, unless I can take a sip of regular, then mine to taste the difference. (usually from my hubby’s).
So when I got home, i took a drink of my pop and it didn’t taste diet. I ordered Diet Pepsi, which I usually drink- and this one had a sugary aftertaste and just didn’t seem like diet. So I tested my blood sugar really quick to see- it was 75.
So I went ahead and ate my lunch and decided to drink it, but not a lot (it was a large with a lot of ice, but I only drank about 1/3 of it), and test my B.S. right after lunch, and then again 2 hours later.
(Last time I had a reg. pop was about 2 months ago, and after drinking the tiny regular coke from a McDonald’s happy meal, my blood sugar spiked into the 160’s!)
Well, right after lunch today, it was 97. I started to feel jittery too, and then really tired. Baby was moving around a lot too, but not really a lot more than usual around lunch time. I haven’t felt this way since I last had a sugar rush!
2 hours after starting my lunch, I checked my BS again, and I thought for sure it was high, but it was only 99!
So my question is, how can I tell if I drank diet or regular.. or is there a chance that Gestational Diabetes can go away before baby is born??? I was diagnosed at 29 weeks, and I am now 1 day away from 37 weeks.
btw- I “tested” my pop on a strip with my meter and it just read “high”. Just thought I’d try it LOL.
Thanks for your input!
would welcome great EASY recipes for packed lunch box and healthy dinners.
As of right now, my diabetes is being controlled through diet and I do not need insulin. I am due at the end of January and having a scheduled C-section. I have read that the baby may need to be in the NICU after delivery to check blood sugars and there could be a greater risk of jaundice. What should I expect post delivery?
Most of the womens who give birth to a child happens by being operated and not a normal delivery why does it happen so. Are todays women not taking proper diet during the time of pregnancy, are they unhealthy/unfit? OR Are the docters cheating for gaining money (even if it is a normal delivery sometimes the doctors may tell a lie and do the operation). Please tell something reasonable.
I need to find a delivery service for my 7 year son (healthy diet food) I am a single mom and have little or no time to cook for him.
I have delivered cute lil baby girl in the month of June. My weight is 54 kg and height is 5.3 ft. I want to lose 2-3 kg weight and wish to have flat stomach. Please advise diet and some exercises for the same.
