How To Reduce Stomach After Delivery? Please Advise Diet And Some Exercises.?

I have delivered cute lil baby girl in the month of June. My weight is 54 kg and height is 5.3 ft. I want to lose 2-3 kg weight and wish to have flat stomach. Please advise diet and some exercises for the same.

    Breast Feed. Get a exercise ball, run 3 times a day, that works out the whole body. Eat right! and drink plenty of water!

    You could try stomach crunches and I also heard that you can lose weight by breast feeding

    Breast Feeding helped my wife lose most of her weight. After the breast feeding was done, she added Relacore, which really helped.

  6. Breast feeding was the best diet ever! But it was because I was on a strict diet and watched my food ate lots of veggies. Sorry to say but sit ups are the only good flat tummy exercise. Walking 30 minutes 3-4 times a week is also good exercise but will not flatten the stomach.
