Hi..am a mom of 8months old kid whom i breast-feed. My height is 5feet 2 inches and my weight is 69kgs. My waist measures to 90cms. I have put on lot of weight and am advised not to diet while feeding. I dont have much time to exercise or go for a brisk walk. Is there any simple dieting plan to be in shape? I am losing confidence and feeling mentally down. pls help me?

Cut out all fast foods and drinks. Make lunches ahead of time if necessary.
No time for exercise? Everyone can fit in 30 minutes a day. Put that sweet baby in a stroller and have some mom & me time.
You will start feeling better sooner than you think.
Cut out all soda. Drink water mostly during the day. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
