How can I control this hunger? (not for pizzas….)
it is about six months that passes after my delivery but still i did not go back on my shape. I do not eat alot, but also i did not have any special diet. Befor my pregnancy i was very in shape, but now i gained more that 7-8 kg. On the other hand, i have a refluxy, fussy baby which will not let me go to gym during the day. so, i need to lose weight by diet and exercise at home. And most of the day, i am so tried that can not even exercise. Please if anyone have a diet to or special program , let me know.
I am thinking of doing Nutrisystem. Is there another delivery-food diet service available that will also help me lose weight?
And does anyone know of a way to possibly find a coupon or discount beyond the 1 week for 1 month?
kind of like jenny craig/nutrisystem

Ditto on breastfeeding! With breastfeeding alone (and a generally healthy diet) I was always back to about 5-10 lbs. above pre-pregnancy weight within the first 6-8 weeks after giving birth. Usually about 5 extra lbs. stuck around until closer to 10-12 months, at which point I would lose the last 5 lbs. plus another 5 if I was exercising regularly.
A great book to read on the subject is “Eat Well, Lose Weight While Breastfeeding.”http://store.llli.org/public/profile/74
Best of luck!
